AIPPC Industry-Aligned Practical Program – Terms, Conditions & Trainee Rules
1. Purpose of the Program
This program is a course-cum-industry-aligned practical training program intended for academic learning, practical exposure, project controls skill development, assignments, software practice, and professional guidance. Participation in this program does not constitute employment, salary entitlement, job guarantee.

Our programs are designed not only to provide theoretical knowledge, but also to develop practical industry skills that help students confidently enter the professional world. ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
2. Admission Confirmation
Admission shall be considered confirmed only after payment of the prescribed installment. Candidates can pay the full fee at once at the time of admission and get 5% discount.
The institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission in case of misconduct, fake information, non-payment, or violation of rules.
Students must provide accurate personal, academic, and contact details.
Any false representation regarding internship, company association, or work experience shall lead to cancellation of certification and blacklisting.
FEES & PAYMENT POLICY
3. Fee Structure and Installments
The total program fee is payable as per the agreed installment structure. Fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Payment of the first installment only grants temporary access to:
Initial classes
Limited learning resources
Orientation sessions
Preliminary training support
The first installment does NOT cover:
Full course completion
Unlimited classes
Extended mentoring
Final project review
Program completion letter
Final certificate
Placement assistance
4. Mandatory Installment Payment Rules
All pending installments must be paid strictly on or before the committed due date.
Delay in payment beyond the due date may result in:
Suspension from classes
Removal from WhatsApp/Telegram groups
Blocking of LMS/software access
Restriction from doubt sessions
Non-issuance of certificates/documents
Students requesting continuation of classes after partial payment shall not be entertained.
Continued attendance after due date does not waive the outstanding payment obligation.
Repeated excuses, false promises, or intentional delays in payment shall be treated as misconduct.
The institute reserves the right to stop training support until dues are cleared.
Students cannot demand additional sessions, repeated batches, or unlimited training merely because they attended initial sessions under the first installment.
5. No Free Extension Policy
The program duration and class validity are limited to the approved batch duration.
Students failing to complete the course within the allocated duration due to personal reasons must join a future batch, but by paying extra percentage of the total program fee, subject to management approval.
Additional mentoring, or extended access may attract extra fees.
The institute is not responsible for delays caused by students’ personal schedules, exams, jobs, health, mishaps or lack of participation.
6. Refund Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund shall be provided for:
Change of mind
Lack of attendance
Busy schedule
Job commitments
Technical ignorance
Delayed participation
In case of misconduct or violation of rules, admission may be cancelled and we have a zero refund policy.

ATTENDANCE, CLASSES & DISCIPLINE
7. Class Rules
Students must attend classes regularly and maintain professional conduct.
Repeated absence without prior intimation may lead to removal from active batch support. If the student is not responding and didn’t apply for leave formally, admission will be cancelled or deferred to the next available batch and extra 20% of the total program fee will be levied as a penalty.
Recording and redistribution of classes without permission is strictly prohibited.
Sharing institute materials, templates, software files, videos, or paid content with outsiders is prohibited.
Misbehavior, abusive language, threats, harassment, or disrespect towards trainers or staff shall lead to immediate disciplinary action.
8. Doubt Clarification Policy
Doubt clarification support shall be provided only during official support timings.
Doubt sessions are generally available before 4:00 PM unless otherwise informed.
Trainers are not obligated to provide 24/7 support.
Students must ask doubts respectfully and in a structured manner.
Repeatedly asking already covered topics due to non-attendance may not be entertained.
ASSIGNMENTS & PROJECT SUBMISSION
9. Mandatory Assignments
Submission of assignments is compulsory for successful completion of the program.
Students may be required to complete:
Primavera P6 planning assignment
Baseline schedule preparation
Resource loading assignment
Cost loading assignment
Delay analysis exercise
EVM reporting assignment
Quantity tracking exercise
Project dashboard/reporting assignment
FIDIC contract management assignment
Risk register preparation
Claims and extension of time exercise
Planning interview preparation tasks
10. Submission Rules
Certificates and completion documents may be withheld until mandatory assignments are submitted.
Assignments must be original and prepared by the student.
Copying from other students or internet sources may result in rejection.
Students failing to submit assignments may be asked to sign a declaration stating that the program was incomplete.
CERTIFICATE & DOCUMENT POLICY
11. Certificate Issuance Rules
Certificates shall be issued only after:
Full fee payment
Completion of required training
Submission of mandatory assignments
Compliance with institute rules
Certificates shall not be pre-dated, backdated, or modified based on student request.
Program duration shall be mentioned as per actual batch records.
Students cannot demand fake experience letters or employment certificates.
The institute shall not mention students as employees in their CV or LinkedIn profiles.
12. Verification Policy
The institute reserves the right to provide truthful verification to employers, universities, and background verification agencies.
If any student falsely claims:
Employment with the company
Fake designation or role the institute may deny such claims during verification. The student must clearly mention ‘Project Planning & Controls Trainee or

Any misuse of institute name, logo, certificate, or records shall result in blacklisting.
SOFTWARE & LEARNING ACCESS
13. Software Usage
Software access provided for training purposes must be used responsibly.
Students must not share login credentials or unauthorized copies.
PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
14. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain:
Professional communication
Respectful behavior
Ethical conduct
Honesty in resume/job applications
Discipline in training participation
Students must NOT:
Misrepresent practical program as employment
Use fake project claims
Threaten staff regarding certificates
Spread false information about the institute
Demand services beyond agreed scope without payment
LEGAL & ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS
15. Management Rights
The institute reserves the right to:
Modify schedules
Update policies
Suspend access for non-payment
Reject unreasonable demands
Withhold documents until compliance
Take action against misuse of certificates or institute identity
16. Limitation of Liability
The institute provides training and guidance only.
Job placement depends on student skill, performance, communication, and market conditions.
No guaranteed employment commitment is provided.
STUDENT DECLARATION / UNDERTAKING
I hereby confirm that:
I have read and understood all program rules, fee policies, and conditions.
I understand that payment of the first installment does not entitle me to unlimited classes or complete services.
I agree to pay all remaining installments on time.
I understand that certificates/documents may be withheld in case of pending dues or incomplete assignments.
I will not falsely claim employment or project experience with the organization.
I voluntarily consent to the use of my name, photograph, testimonials, and course-related achievements by the academy for promotional and marketing purposes.
I understand that verification agencies/employers may receive factual information regarding my AIPPC Industry-Aligned Practical program status.
I agree to maintain professional conduct throughout the program.
I understand that violation of rules may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.
ONLINE COURSE POLICY
Nature of the Course
This is a self-paced, pre-recorded online training program designed to allow participants to learn at their own convenience. Of course mentoring & live support is almost available instantaneously 24/7.
The course consists primarily of:
Pre-recorded video lectures
Downloadable study materials
Practical exercises and assignments
Templates and reference documents
Limited support and guidance as specified by the institute
COURSE ACCESS POLICY
Access to Course Content
Upon enrollment and payment, students shall be granted access to the relevant course materials according to their payment status.
Access to the complete course content shall only be provided after the applicable fees are paid as agreed.
The institute reserves the right to:
Restrict access to certain modules
Suspend access for overdue payments
Revoke access for policy violations
NO DEMAND FOR LIVE TRAINING
Important Clarification
Students acknowledge that they are enrolling in a pre-recorded online training program.
Any live sessions, webinars, doubt-clearing sessions, or mentoring support provided by the institute shall be considered complimentary and discretionary unless specifically included in the purchased package.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT POLICY
Partial Payment Does Not Mean Full Access
Payment of the first instalment does not constitute payment for the entire course.
Students understand that:
Initial payment provides only the agreed level of access.
Remaining modules, services, certificates, and benefits may remain locked until all installments are paid.
Access to course content may be suspended if installment payments are delayed.
The institute shall have no obligation to continue providing access or support where agreed payments remain outstanding.
SELF-PACED LEARNING RESPONSIBILITY
Student Responsibility
Students are solely responsible for:
Watching course videos
Completing assignments
Practicing software exercises
Reviewing study materials
Managing their own learning schedule
Failure to complete the course due to lack of time, personal commitments, employment obligations, examinations, or other personal circumstances shall not entitle the student to refunds, extensions, or compensation.

Academic Support
The course fee primarily covers access to pre-recorded training content.
Any additional support provided through:

Telegram
Discussion groups
Online meetings
shall be limited and subject to trainer availability.
CERTIFICATE ELIGIBILITY
Conditions for Certificate Issuance
Certificates shall only be issued after:
Full fee payment
Completion of mandatory assignments
Completion of required assessments (if applicable)
Compliance with all program requirements
