AIPPC Internship Program – Terms, Conditions & Intern Rules (Effective Date 1-Jan-2026)
1. Purpose of the Program
This program is a course-cum-internship training program intended for academic learning, practical exposure, project controls skill development, assignments, software practice, and professional guidance. Participation in this program does not constitute employment, salary entitlement, job guarantee, or work experience with any client organization.

Our programs are designed not only to provide theoretical knowledge, but also to develop practical industry skills that help students confidently enter the professional world. ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
2. Admission Confirmation
1. Admission shall be considered confirmed only after payment of the prescribed installment. Candidates can pay the full fee at once at the time of admission and get 5% discount.
2. The institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission in case of misconduct, fake information, non-payment, or violation of rules.
3. Students must provide accurate personal, academic, and contact details.
4. Any false representation regarding internship, company association, or work experience shall lead to cancellation of certification and blacklisting.
FEES & PAYMENT POLICY
3. Fee Structure and Installments
1. The total course/internship fee is payable as per the agreed installment structure.
2. Payment of the first installment only grants temporary access to:
o Initial classes
o Limited learning resources
o Orientation sessions
o Preliminary training support
3. The first installment does NOT cover:
o Full course completion
o Unlimited classes
o Extended mentoring
o Final project review
o Internship completion letter
o Experience letter
o Final certificate
o Placement assistance
o Lifetime support
4. Mandatory Installment Payment Rules
1. All pending installments must be paid strictly on or before the committed due date.
2. Delay in payment beyond the due date may result in:
o Suspension from classes
o Removal from WhatsApp/Telegram groups
o Blocking of LMS/software access
o Restriction from doubt sessions
o Non-issuance of certificates/documents
3. Students requesting continuation of classes after partial payment shall not be entertained.
4. Continued attendance after due date does not waive the outstanding payment obligation.
5. Repeated excuses, false promises, or intentional delays in payment shall be treated as misconduct.
6. The institute reserves the right to stop training support until dues are cleared.
7. Students cannot demand additional sessions, repeated batches, or unlimited training merely because they attended initial sessions under the first installment.
5. No Free Extension Policy
1. The internship duration and class validity are limited to the approved batch duration.
2. Students failing to complete the course within the allocated duration due to personal reasons must join a future batch, but by paying extra 20% on the total program fee, subject to management approval.
3. Additional mentoring, revision sessions, or extended access may attract extra fees.
4. The institute is not responsible for delays caused by students’ personal schedules, exams, jobs, health, mishaps or lack of participation.
6. Refund Policy
1. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. No refund shall be provided for:
o Change of mind
o Lack of attendance
o Busy schedule
o Job commitments
o Technical ignorance
o Delayed participation
3. In case of misconduct or violation of rules, admission may be cancelled and we have a zero refund policy.
ATTENDANCE, CLASSES & DISCIPLINE
7. Class Rules
1. Students must attend classes regularly and maintain professional conduct.
2. Repeated absence without prior intimation may lead to removal from active batch support. If the student is not responding and didn’t apply for leave formally, admission will be cancelled or deferred to the next available batch and extra 20% of the total program fee will be levied as a penalty.
3. Recording and redistribution of classes without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Sharing institute materials, templates, software files, videos, or paid content with outsiders is prohibited.
5. Misbehavior, abusive language, threats, harassment, or disrespect towards trainers or staff shall lead to immediate disciplinary action.
8. Doubt Clarification Policy
1. Doubt clarification support shall be provided only during official support timings.
2. Doubt sessions are generally available before 4:00 PM unless otherwise informed.
3. Trainers are not obligated to provide 24/7 support.
4. Students must ask doubts respectfully and in a structured manner.
5. Repeatedly asking already covered topics due to non-attendance may not be entertained.
ASSIGNMENTS & PROJECT SUBMISSION
9. Mandatory Assignments
Submission of assignments is compulsory for successful completion of the internship program.
Students may be required to complete:
• Primavera P6 planning assignment
• Baseline schedule preparation
• Resource loading assignment
• Cost loading assignment
• Delay analysis exercise
• EVM reporting assignment
• Quantity tracking exercise
• Project dashboard/reporting assignment
• FIDIC contract management assignment
• Risk register preparation
• Claims and extension of time exercise
• Planning interview preparation tasks
10. Submission Rules
1. Certificates and completion documents may be withheld until mandatory assignments are submitted.
2. Assignments must be original and prepared by the student.
3. Copying from other students or internet sources may result in rejection.
4. Students failing to submit assignments may be asked to sign a declaration stating that the internship was incomplete.
CERTIFICATE & DOCUMENT POLICY
11. Certificate Issuance Rules
1. Certificates shall be issued only after:
o Full fee payment
o Completion of required training
o Submission of mandatory assignments
o Compliance with institute rules
2. Certificates shall not be pre-dated, backdated, or modified based on student request.
3. Internship duration shall be mentioned as per actual batch records.
4. Students cannot demand fake experience letters or employment certificates.
5. The institute shall not mention students as employees in their CV or LinkedIn profiles.
12. Verification Policy
1. The institute reserves the right to provide truthful verification to employers, universities, and background verification agencies.
2. If any student falsely claims:
o Employment with the company
o Fake designation or role the institute may deny such claims during verification. The student must clearly mention ‘Project Planning & Controls Intern’ or anything similar to it.
3. Any misuse of institute name, logo, certificate, or internship records shall result in blacklisting.
SOFTWARE & LEARNING ACCESS
13. Software Usage
1. Software access provided for training purposes must be used responsibly.
2. Students must not share login credentials or unauthorized copies.
PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
14. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain:
• Professional communication
• Respectful behavior
• Ethical conduct
• Honesty in resume/job applications
• Discipline in training participation
Students must NOT:
• Misrepresent internship as employment
• Use fake project claims
• Threaten staff regarding certificates
• Spread false information about the institute
• Demand services beyond agreed scope without payment
LEGAL & ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS
15. Management Rights
The institute reserves the right to:
• Modify schedules
• Update policies
• Suspend access for non-payment
• Reject unreasonable demands
• Withhold documents until compliance
• Take action against misuse of certificates or institute identity
16. Limitation of Liability
1. The institute provides training and guidance only.
2. Job placement depends on student skill, performance, communication, and market conditions.
3. No guaranteed employment commitment is provided. But placement assistance is provided throughout and students must put efforts in applying for jobs and attending interviews. Almost all our Interns get good jobs after completion.
