AIPPC Internship Program – Strict Internship Completion Policy
1. Purpose of This Policy
The AIPPC Internship Program is a work-based, performance-evaluated professional internship designed to prepare participants for real-world Project Planning & Controls roles.
This policy exists to protect the credibility, industry value, and ethical standards of AIPPC certifications and internship experience letters.
This is NOT a participation-based or fee-based program.
2. Nature of the Internship
- The AIPPC Internship is a structured professional training and work simulation program
- Certificates and experience letters are awarded only upon successful completion
- Enrollment or fee payment does not guarantee certification or internship completion
3. Mandatory Completion Requirements
To be eligible for a Certificate of Internship Completion and Internship Experience Letter, interns must satisfy ALL requirements listed below.
3.1 Attendance Requirement
- Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory in:
- Live online / offline sessions
- Reviews, discussions, and evaluations
- Attendance is officially tracked
- Missed sessions without prior approval are treated as absences
3.2 Assignment & Deliverables Requirement
- Submission of all mandatory assignments
- Completion of:
- Practical exercises
- Case studies
- Project-based submissions
- Strict adherence to submission deadlines
Late, copied, plagiarized, or incomplete submissions may be rejected outright.
3.3 Evaluation & Review Requirement
- Attendance in evaluation reviews / viva sessions is mandatory
- Interns must demonstrate understanding of concepts
- Independent effort and professional competence are required
Failure to attend evaluations will result in an incomplete internship.
4. Certificate & Experience Letter Policy
Important Clarification:
- Certificates and Internship Experience Letters are NOT automatic
- They are issued only after successful evaluation
Issued Based on Performance
✅ Certificate of Internship Completion
Issued ONLY if:
- Attendance is 80% or higher
- All assignments are approved
- Evaluation is successfully cleared
⚠️ Course Participation Letter (Optional)
May be issued at AIPPC’s discretion if:
- Attendance is partial
- Assignments are incomplete
This is NOT an internship experience letter.
❌ No Certificate or Letter will be issued for poor attendance, non-submission, non-responsiveness, or failure to attend evaluations.
5. Non-Compliance & Disciplinary Action
Interns will be marked “Internship Not Completed” if they:
- Repeatedly miss sessions
- Fail to submit assignments
- Remain unresponsive to official communication
- Expect certification without completing requirements
Such interns lose eligibility for certification, experience letters, and will not be promoted or showcased by AIPPC.
6. Final Completion Window (If Offered)
At AIPPC’s sole discretion, a one-time Final Completion Window may be offered with:
- Strict timeline
- Clear completion checklist
- No extensions under any circumstances
Failure to comply results in permanent non-completion status.
7. Zero-Pressure & Zero-Influence Policy
- Emotional pressure or manipulation
- Comparison with other institutes
- Requests for adjustments without merit
- Threats, defamation, or coercion
All decisions regarding completion and certification are final and binding.
8. Use of AIPPC Name & Credentials
Interns who do not complete the program are strictly prohibited from:
- Claiming AIPPC Internship experience
- Using AIPPC name or logo on LinkedIn or resumes
- Representing themselves as AIPPC-certified professionals
Violations may lead to formal objection, verification denial, or public clarification by AIPPC.
9. Policy Authority & Updates
- AIPPC reserves the right to update internship standards
- Modify evaluation criteria
- Strengthen compliance and verification mechanisms
Updated policies apply to all current and future interns.
10. Final Statement
AIPPC values industry credibility over volume certification.
Our internships are earned — not issued.
